This programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to be able to conduct effective on-the-job training. The principles of adult learning are explored and participants will be able to deliver effective feedback to their trainees post the training. The importance of managing group dynamics in a learning environment is also highlighted.

Who is the course intended for?
The programme is targeted at managers, supervisors, team leaders and all employees who have the responsibility for the training and development of staff.

Training methodology:
A participative and interactive training approach will be followed throughout the programme. In tandem with a number of exercises (both individual and group), participants will be encouraged to discuss topics and share their own experiences.
The programme will be evaluated informally during the programme and by a formal questionnaire at its conclusion
The successful participants will be awarded with Amber Safety Certificate of Completion
