This programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to improve their self-management, prioritise their tasks and plan their time more effectively in order to achieve their personal and organisational goals and, as a result, improve their overall personal effectiveness.

Who is the course intended for?
The programme is targeted at managers, supervisors, team leaders and all employees who want to get more done in less time and get the most out of each day. By attending this programme, participants will learn to work smarter, but not longer. In the process of doing this, they will maximise their personal effectiveness and thereby improve their overall performance at work.

Training methodology:
The programme tutor has experience in delivering this programme across all sectors.
A participative and interactive training approach will be followed throughout the programme. In tandem with a number of exercises (both individual and group), participants will be encouraged to discuss topics and share their own experiences.
The programme will be evaluated informally during the programme and by a formal questionnaire at its conclusion.
On successful completion participants will be awarded with Amber Safety Certificate of Completion.
