This course is targeted at managers, supervisors, team leaders and all employees who want to develop awareness of employee retention. Training methodology:
A participative and interactive training approach will be followed throughout the programme. In tandem with a number of exercises (both individual and in groups), participants will be encouraged to discuss topics and share their own experiences.
Assessment:
The programme will be evaluated informally throughout the day and by a formal questionnaire at the end of the day.
